Terms of Use
On the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies together with these terms. On Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply together with these terms.
1. The app
WinQ Live is a tool that helps a sound engineer tune a PA system by reading a mixing console's analyser and writing equaliser settings to that console. It is an aid to the operator, not a replacement for one.
2. Plans, trial and subscriptions
- Trial: 5 trial days with all features. A trial day starts with a measurement and lasts 24 hours. Trials are per store.
- Basic is a one-time purchase. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, and includes Basic.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Basic remains yours.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Your responsibility on site
You remain in control of your sound system. Check levels before sending test signals, listen to every change, and keep the console's own controls within reach. WinQ Live only cuts and never boosts, saves your original EQ and verifies what it writes, but no software can know everything about your system, your venue or your audience.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WinQ Live is provided "as is", and WIN Sound Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to equipment, hearing, or lost fees, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
5. Licence
You may use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store you bought it from. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it.
6. Trademarks
Console names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. WinQ Live is not affiliated with or endorsed by any console manufacturer.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
